Packaging & DELIVERY
All of our products are securely packaged in our Abu Dhabi premises and then handed over to our shipping partner, Fetchr. Once they have your order ready for delivery they will be in touch via the contact number you supplied us when you made your purchase. You can then pick suitable delivery times via their APP or talk directly to a customer representative. Delivery charges depend on your location and on the size of the package itself. Please allow for 3 – 5 working days for delivery within the UAE.
ArtCentral takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned.
All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.

Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you you’re tracking number
